● Utilizes a screw to separate and feed bottles to the feeding star wheel. The feeding star wheel moves the bottles towards the rotating turntable. The rotating turntable, as the core component of the machine, secures the bottles in place, while the capping head rotates to tighten the caps onto the bottles. After completion, the bottles move to the discharge star wheel, which moves them out of the machine for further processing. A star wheel above the discharge star wheel provides caps for external conveyance.
● Adopts a belt tensioning system that does not damage the bottle body. The capping head, which uses a capping mold to grip the cap and is equipped with a clutch, can automatically slip after tightening the cap, avoiding damage to the bottle cap. The capping speed is fast with a high qualification rate.
● The entire machine uses cam drive, PLC control, and a user-friendly human-machine interface (HMI). Container and cap parameters can be set and stored, and this data is sent to the controller memory. These values can be recalled through the HMI's recipe selection.
● The entire machine is made of stainless steel 304, equipped with a protective cover to enhance operator safety.
