● Torque is controlled by a servo motor. When the torque reaches a specified value, the capping head automatically stops, avoiding theft-proof cap breakage and bottle cap twisting.
● The machine uses an elevator for automatic cap feeding and capping. It is suitable for various cap types, including spout caps, inner plugs, flat-top plastic caps, etc.
● Precise and stable bottle positioning is achieved by servo-controlled screws, and the X-axis moves laterally to grab caps (4-8 caps per cycle). The claw-type capping design allows direct adjustment of capping torque via the display screen, significantly improving capping qualification rate and effectively avoiding breakage and damage to caps. Different types of products can be accommodated by adjusting the clamping and capping heads on both sides.
