● Advanced human-machine interface operating system with adjustable operation parameters, fault prompts, and user-friendly operation.
● The torque is controlled by a servo motor. When the torque reaches a specified value, the capping head automatically stops to prevent theft-proof caps from breaking and twisting bottle caps.
● The machine uses an elevator to automatically feed caps and cap them. Suitable for flat-top plastic caps.
● Precise and stable bottle positioning is achieved by controlling synchronous belts on both sides or a bottle-blocking cylinder. The claw-type capping design allows direct adjustment of capping torque via the display screen, significantly improving capping qualification rate and effectively avoiding breakage and damage to caps. Different types of products can be accommodated by adjusting the clamping and capping heads on both sides.
