This rotary capping machine is specially designed for sealing aluminum caps on bottle necks, featuring stable cap sealing performance driven by a servo motor.
● Utilizes Siemens PLC control system and a 7-inch color touchscreen.
● Stores up to 500 product parameter memory sets for quick access to production data files.
● Capping capacity: Up to 60 bottles per minute (Actual capacity depends on the customer's bottle and cap specifications).
● Advanced servo-driven cap lifting for precise cap sealing position control; the starwheel is easily replaceable without adjustments.
● Safety features: Door interlock for machine stoppage and screen warning display.
● Hollow sanitary-grade conveyor belt for easy cleaning; customizable conveyor belts of various lengths based on the customer's factory layout and workflow planning.
