1. Bottle cleaning machine is equipped with built-in bottle storage silo and star tray type turntable bottle handling; After the bottles are
removed from the astrolabe and placed upright on the conveyor belt, they enter the gas washing station where the bottles are clamped
and turned 180 degrees for air blowing and vacuum dust collection. With Siemens control system and touch screen operation interface
for easy operation and adjustment, the machine can be washed up to 80 bottles per minute.

● Specially designed for high specifications in pharmaceutical and nutritional food factories, in compliance with GMP standards.
● Siemens PLC control and a 7-inch color touchscreen can be set to either Chinese or English, providing a user-friendly interface for convenient operation.
● With over 50 sets of product parameter memory groups, allowing quick access to product production parameter data files.
● Stainless steel body and CE safety protective cover provide safety protection, preventing external dust pollution, and reducing machine operation noise.
● Low material level detection sensor in the hopper for timely alerts.
● Utilizes a star disk assembly for bottle sorting (customizable for bottle specifications) with a reverse bottle air blowing function for rejection.
● Equipped with movable casters for easy machine mobility.
● Main materials in contact with bottles are made of stainless steel 304, and the air blowing needle is made of stainless steel 316L.
