This bottle cleaning machine, equipped with a servo motor and bottle clamping mechanism, flips the bottle 180° for air cleaning after clamping and then flips it back before conveying it on the conveyor belt. It is an ideal solution for bottle production lines that meet GMP requirements.
● Utilizes Siemens PLC control and a 7-inch color touchscreen.
● Stores 50 sets of memories: Parameters such as bottle clamping disc rotation speed, bottle separation and bottle guiding belt speed, and product dimensions can be stored. Memory group parameters can be quickly recalled for convenient operation.
● Stainless steel body and transparent protective cover effectively isolate external dust pollution while providing comprehensive safety protection.
● Equipped with bottle accumulation detection photoelectric eye.
● The needle washing part is made of stainless steel 316, and the main machine structure is made of stainless steel 304 and aluminum alloy.
